A session is when a user/customer, is opening a manual of yours, and browsing it. This usually involves opening the manual URL and interacting with the Chatbot.
The limit for “Starter” is a 1000 sessions, and for “Professional” it’s 5000. Once you go over the sessions of that month, you opt for a second package.
Example: you subscribed to “Starter”. This month you used 1500 instead of 1000 sessions, the bill comes at 2 “Starter” subscriptions, i.e. 100 € instead of 50 €.
